Job Description
- Hands on Technologist (experience in Java+ microservices)
- 15-17 years experience
- Should be able to clear codility.
- Currently Playing a similar role.
- AWS Soln Arch or any other certification is a plus.
- Good in communication and stakeholder management
- Have managed at least 2 squads at the same time
- Lead solution design, architecture, and technical strategy.
- Manage and mentor two agile teams/pods.
- Oversee effort estimation, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Handle stakeholder communication, escalation, and risk management.
- Ensure code quality, technical excellence, and delivery timelines.
Mandatory Competencies
Architecture - Architectural Patterns - Microservices
Programming Language - Java - Java 17 or latest
Beh - Communication
Programming Language - Java - Spring Framework
Cloud - AWS - AWS S3, S3 glacier, AWS EBS
