Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 12–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including leading engineering teams
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and PostgreSQL
- Excellent SQL skills, including query optimization and handling large datasets
- Proven experience managing and delivering Python-based products or platforms
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (experience on GCP is a strong plus)
- Deep knowledge of Observability and Application Performance Management, including:
- Metrics, logs, and distributed tracing
- Root cause analysis and performance tuning
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly present technical concepts to business and leadership audiences
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to quality, reliability, and customer impact
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric SaaS environment
