Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager, located in Pune with opportunities for remote work. The Engineering Manager will oversee software development projects, lead and mentor engineering teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful system integration. This role requires balancing technical leadership with people management, as well as driving innovation and maintaining high-quality deliverables in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding technical teams
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration, with a strong understanding of technical ecosystems focused on AWS, Java/J2EE, Containers, Microservices etc
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering results on time
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in hospitality software solutions or related domains is a plus
