Role Overview Engineering Manager / Technical Lead - Software Engineering Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site) The Role We are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager / Team Lead to drive our ground-level execution. You don;t need decades of management experience; instead, you need profound technical depth, the ability to make rapid day-to-day architectural decisions, and the drive to lead from the front. You will act as the crucial liaison between our hands-on engineering/architecture teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment, speed, and engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Execution: Take ownership of sprint deliverables and day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring the team moves fast without compromising on quality.
- Technical Decision Making: Partner with our Architects and Engineers to unblock them, resolve technical debates, and make pragmatic on-the-ground architectural decisions.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between the core engineering team and senior leadership, translating high-level product vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Foster Agentic Engineering: Champion our culture of high autonomy and AI-augmented development, helping the team leverage the right tools to multiply their output.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance, low-ego environment. Be there for the team, offering technical mentorship and operational support. The Tech Stack You'll Lead With
- Core Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Agentic Frameworks & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Pydantic AI).
- AI/LLM Integration: Deep familiarity with building on top of major foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini), prompt engineering, and context management.
- Memory & Data: Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for agent memory and RAG pipelines.
- Observability & Evals: Familiarity with tracing and evaluating AI outputs (e.g., LangSmith, Logfire).
- Infrastructure: Solid grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP) to deploy scalable agent environments. (Note: Feel free to adjust these specific tools to match your exact internal stack). What We're Looking For
