Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can provide hands-on technical guidance, review development work, and drive delivery. The role involves solution design, code reviews, release coordination, and stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
• Review architecture, design, and code to ensure quality and best practices
• Take ownership of solution design, technical decisions, and release readiness
• Coordinate releases and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and definition of done
• Mentor developers and improve overall code quality and team productivity
• Act as a bridge between US teams, internal teams, and business stakeholders
• Own planning, execution oversight, and delivery management

Architecture, Modern Engineering & AI

• Design and guide scalable, secure, and resilient systems using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code
• Contribute to AI/ML-enabled solutions, intelligent workflows, and automation use cases
• Collaborate with data/AI teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies aligned with business needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in PHP (Laravel) and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred)
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL/SQL)
• Experience in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Good understanding of microservices, event-driven systems (Kafka/Pub-Sub), and API design
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience collaborating with remote / US-based teams
