We're hiring a Platform Engineering Manager to lead a globally distributed team building and operating cloud-native SaaS products. What you'll own
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing Platform/SRE team across time zones (follow-the-sun model)
- Translate complex business requirements into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions
- Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of multi-region cloud infrastructure
- Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort across the engineering org
- Lead incident response, RCAs, and blameless postmortems
- Contribute to and execute on the Product & Technology roadmap
- Champion technical excellence through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development experience
- 3+ years leading Platform Engineering or SRE teams
- 2+ years in a SaaS environment, ideally in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record with highly available, production-grade systems (Kubernetes preferred)
- Proficiency with a major cloud provider — Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform
- Familiarity with observability/monitoring stacks (DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
- Strong communication skills — able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Nice to have
- Cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, CKA)
- Experience with MSSQL database management and performance tuning
- Exposure to frontend technologies (React)
