Lead & Mentor

• Support and grow junior engineers through coaching, regular feedback, and career development.
• Build a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Technical Oversight & Delivery

• Own the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap.

Hands-on Contribution & Collaboration

• Contribute directly to codebases and participate in system design.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to bring features to life.

Team Building

• Attract, interview, and onboard exceptional engineering talent to scale the team.
