Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Mentor
- Support and grow junior engineers through coaching, regular feedback, and career development.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Technical Oversight & Delivery
- Own the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap.
Hands-on Contribution & Collaboration
- Contribute directly to codebases and participate in system design.
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to bring features to life.
Team Building
- Attract, interview, and onboard exceptional engineering talent to scale the team.
