Responsibilities
- Lead and support agile engineering teams (612 engineers), including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
- Foster a healthy, high-performing team culture.
- Guide architectural decisions and technical direction aligned with business goals.
- Drive delivery of high-quality software according to quarterly plans.
- Collaborate closely with Product and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure effective agile practices and continuous process improvement.
- Report on delivery progress, quality, and system performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management.
- Strong people leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience with system architecture and technical design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based systems and backend technologies (e.g., AWS, Java, Python, NoSQL).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
