Senior Manager – Frontend

A leadership role focused on leading multiple frontend teams, defining technical strategy, driving delivery, and developing strong engineering leaders.

Key focus areas:

• Frontend architecture & technical strategy

• React, TypeScript & modern frontend technologies

• Engineering delivery & execution

• Team building, mentoring & leadership development

• Design systems & frontend platforms

• Performance, accessibility, security & reliability

• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design & Platform

Experience: 10+ years overall, with substantial frontend expertise and 3+ years in engineering leadership.

Staff Software Engineer – Frontend

A highly technical individual contributor role focused on frontend architecture, shared platforms, technical direction, and engineering excellence across multiple teams.

Key focus areas:

• Frontend architecture & scalable UI systems

• React, JavaScript & TypeScript

• Design systems & shared component libraries

• Frontend platforms & reusable capabilities

• Performance optimization & browser technologies

• Developer experience, tooling & automation

• Technical leadership across multiple teams

Experience: 8–12 years of software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise.

Common Technology Expertise

JavaScript | TypeScript | React | HTML | CSS | Frontend Architecture | Design Systems | SaaS | Performance Optimization | CI/CD | Cloud | Observability

Experience with micro-frontends, frontend security, modernization initiatives, AI-assisted development tools, and platform engineering will be an added advantage.
