Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to manage large engineering teams and drive end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 2025+ developers, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence
  • Handle high-pressure and conflict situations effectively with maturity and clarity
  • Oversee end-to-end SDLC, from requirement understanding to production deployment
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, QA, Architecture, Business)

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 1116 years of overall experience in software engineering and people management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and end-to-end delivery models
  • Hands-on coding background (programming language agnostic)
  • Comfortable appearing for Codility assessment in any programming language
  • Proven experience managing large engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
