Lead engineering for an enterprise AI platform used by global media, sports, entertainment, and enterprise content teams — while remaining hands-on with architecture, product decisions, and critical engineering challenges.

BRAHMA AI builds an AI-powered creator platform that helps organizations plan, create, automate, and operate media workflows at scale. The platform combines modern SaaS architecture with agentic AI capabilities to deliver enterprise-grade content creation and workflow automation.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers across the full product development lifecycle
• Drive architecture, technical design, and delivery decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performance platform components
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to translate product goals into technical roadmaps and execution plans
• Maintain a hands-on engineering mindset by contributing to critical system design and complex technical implementations
• Build and scale cloud-native systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and engineering best practices
• Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Support engineering hiring, mentoring, and technical capability development across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with strong architecture and technical leadership responsibilities
• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams, technical initiatives, or large-scale software delivery programs
• Strong hands-on development experience in Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Proven expertise building cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
• Strong product engineering mindset with the ability to balance delivery speed, scalability, and technical excellence
• Experience working within SaaS, platform engineering, or product-based organizations
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LLMs, or agentic AI systems is a strong advantage
• Experience operating in regulated domains such as fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, or identity platforms is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities
