Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and scalable architecture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to keep the tech stack innovative.

Team Management & Mentorship:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire software engineers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and growth.

Project & Product Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.
• Proactively identify and address roadblocks or challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:

• Promote open communication within the engineering team and across departments.
• Collaborate with QA, product, and other teams to achieve shared goals.
• Provide updates on project status and technical initiatives to stakeholders.
