We are hiring an Engineering Manager with strong expertise in .NET 8/9/10, microservices, and cloud-native architecture to lead a key product engineering team for Musafir.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, system design, and microservices development.
- Build scalable, secure applications using ASP.NET Core.
- Drive delivery, sprint planning, and engineering best practices.
- Ensure code quality using SonarCloud, Codacy & observability tools.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX & DevOps teams.
- Manage CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes & cloud environments.
- Mentor and guide engineers for growth and performance.
- Modernize platforms using .NET 9 features, AOT, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
Skills & Experience
- 812 years total experience; 2+ years in team/tech leadership.
- Strong in C#, .NET 8/9/10, ASP.NET Core, microservices, DDD.
- Proficient in REST APIs, async programming & architectural design.
- Good stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS, OAuth2, OWASP, AWS Lambda/Azure Functions.
- Experience in travel/e-commerce domain.
- Exposure to React/TypeScript (integration-level).
