Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Management
- Oversee end-to-end engineering activities including design, analysis, and validation.
- Ensure engineering outputs meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Lead technical decision-making for complex engineering challenges.
Product Development
- Drive product development initiatives from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability.
- Ensure alignment of engineering outputs with business and project requirements.
FEA & Engineering Analysis
- Supervise Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and engineering calculations.
- Review and validate structural, mechanical, and design calculations for subsea/surface equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry codes and standards.
Engineering Process Development
- Develop and improve engineering processes for efficiency and quality enhancement.
- Implement best practices in design, analysis, and documentation workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor engineering teams for design and analysis activities.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure skill development of team members.
- Manage resource allocation and project execution timelines.
