Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Design and monitor engineering tasks while ensuring Meesho's standards are met
- Drive excellence in product solutions and maintain scalability
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to create new products
- Manage engineering teams, guiding them towards project ownership and success
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee project progress and ensure high-quality delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers
- Drive sprints, OKRs, and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Ensure product scalability and build real-time data pipelines and systems
