Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Oversee multiple backend projects, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop innovative product solutions.
- Lead planning meetings, drive OKRs, and monitor project progress through detailed reporting.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and assign backend tasks aligning with engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and implement strategies for distributed systems and data pipelines.
- Ensure backend systems use optimal cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCS) and databases (NoSQL, transactional).
- Facilitate communication across teams to deliver high-impact backend solutions.
