Engineering Manager - Backend

Key Deliverables

1. Oversee multiple backend projects, ensuring scalability and high performance.
2. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, conducting regular performance reviews.
3. Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop innovative product solutions.
4. Lead planning meetings, drive OKRs, and monitor project progress through detailed reporting.

Role Responsibilities

1. Design and assign backend tasks aligning with engineering best practices.
2. Evaluate and implement strategies for distributed systems and data pipelines.
3. Ensure backend systems use optimal cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCS) and databases (NoSQL, transactional).
