ENGINEERING MANAGER

·  Experience

: Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in engineering design, or project management within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry. Preference for candidates with experience in Major Control System EPC projects. 

·  Education:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Engineering ).

·  Technical Knowledge:

 Deep familiarity with international codes and Aramco-specific standards.

·  Soft Skills:

 Proven ability to mentor, provide technical guidance, and communicate effectively with management at all levels.
