Job Description

  • Lead development teams to design and deliver enterprisegrade web apps using .NET (C#) and Angular
  • Define architecture, enforce coding standards, and establish best practices
  • Drive modernization efforts including Angular upgrades and .NET Core migrations
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Oversee endtoend data engineering initiatives-pipelines, ingestion, integration
  • Implement Microsoft Fabric for unified analytics, governance, and real-time insights
  • Ensure seamless integration between application and data platforms
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and cloud deployments
  • Mentor and coach engineering teams on modern tech stacks and development patterns

The Successful Applicant

A successful Application Development Manager should have:

  • Expertise in .NET Framework/Core, C#, Angular v16+
  • Strong frontend capabilities: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, backend integration
  • Hands-on in SQL, data modeling, ETL pipelines
  • Knowledge of realtime streaming: Kafka, Azure Event Hub, etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data governance
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, and modern CI/CD practices
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management
