- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, system architecture, and design patterns
- Hands-on experience in project management, technical solutioning, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on optimizing resources and timelines
- Experience working in Agile environments, applying Scrum/Kanban best practices to drive successful delivery
