Candidate should have strong experience in the Industrial Automation domain.

• Automation Engineering Applications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple engineering projects and development teams.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, planning, execution, and release management.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, clients, and leadership for requirement gathering and delivery alignment.
• Manage team performance, mentoring, and technical guidance for developers and leads.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality scalable applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
• Handle project estimation, resource planning, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience in .NET Technologies
• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with SQL Server and database design
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and deployment practices
• Experience in API development and system integrations
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies
