Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager with experience in building AI agents using frameworks like CrewAI or LangGraph. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, system design, and team leadership to build scalable, production-grade AI workflows and agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of AI agent systems using CrewAI, LangGraph
  • Architect multi-agent workflows, orchestration logic, and tool integrations
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define AI-powered features
  • Strong Proficiency with Backend Development in Python with FastAPI
  • Mentor and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery
  • Build scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems for AI-driven applications
  • Optimize LLM performance, prompt engineering, and agent execution strategies
  • Ensure proper evaluation, monitoring, and debugging of AI agents in production
  • Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI infrastructure

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/LLM-based systems
  • Proven experience with LangChain, Langgraph or Crew AI
  • Experience in LLM providers
  • Experience in Working designing MCP Servers
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases
  • Experience with orchestration, workflows, and distributed systems
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with HR Tech or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Understanding of evaluation frameworks for AI systems
