The Role: Engineering Manager
- We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Leader to build, scale, and lead the technology backbone of Fibr AI.
- This is not a traditional management role. You'll:
- Still write and review code.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems.
- Solve critical infrastructure and product challenges.
- Own the tech roadmap and shape the culture from day zero.
- Work directly with the founders to define and drive engineering direction.
- Build and lead a world-class team as we scale from early traction to hyperscale.
