Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing product engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in VS/.NET Full Stack development, proven experience in product-based organizations, and a track record of delivering innovative products and solutions. This role requires a balanced blend of technical leadership, people management, project execution, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to drive engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience in VS/.NET Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalable systems, and modern development practices.
• Experience building and delivering products in a product engineering environment, preferably involving new product development.
• Knowledge and practical application of AI, automation, and engineering productivity tools.

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 12–17 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience within engineering organizations.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in a product-based organization.
