About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams working on production-grade Agentic AI solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, delivery excellence, and stakeholder management to successfully drive complex AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver production-scale Agentic AI systems
- Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple agent-based systems and ensure timely execution
- Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to align goals and expectations
- Define and communicate technical roadmaps and business impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor, coach, and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Ensure best practices in architecture, scalability, and performance
- Handle crisis situations, resolve blockers, and maintain team alignment
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Must Have Skills
- 10–15 years of overall experience in software engineering
- Proven experience in leading teams delivering complex, production-grade systems
- Strong exposure to Agentic AI / multi-agent systems
- Excellent delivery management and execution skills
- Strong stakeholder management across business and product teams
- Demonstrated people leadership and team scaling experience
- Exceptional communication skills (technical & non-technical)
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams and crisis management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI/ML platforms or GenAI ecosystems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Background in microservices and scalable architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
