Role Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Leader / CTO to lead technical strategy, engineering execution, and platform scalability across web and mobile products. This role involves working closely with product, design, and business teams to build reliable systems, improve development processes, and support long-term product growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and technical decision-making across products and platforms.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams across frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure functions.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive development processes, code quality standards, and engineering best practices.
- Oversee system scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps.
- Review and improve development workflows, CI/CD processes, and deployment practices.
- Guide technical architecture for web and mobile applications.
- Participate in hiring, team building, and engineering process development.
- Monitor engineering metrics, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with prior leadership or management experience.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scalable application development, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS or B2B technology products.
- Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, and frontend technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to balance technical decisions with business priorities.
