Engineering Lead AI Tools (Python | Angular | AWS | GenAI)

Role: Engineering Lead, Finance (AI Tools)

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term (with a possibility of contract to hire)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid - 1x day onsite in Bangalore or Chennai

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered applications and internal tools. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and build scalable full stack applications using Python, Angular, AWS, and GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with LLMs, cloud architecture, and modern AI application development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python
• Angular
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering
• AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, API Gateway)
• SQL
• Experience with Snowflake or Redshift
• REST API development
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
• CI/CD and Docker
