Engineering Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing engineering across multiple production lines.
• Oversee assembly line design and optimization for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Drive New Product Development (NPD) from concept to production, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Lean Manufacturing Practices & Industry automation.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet business targets.
• Foster a culture of Operational Excellence, applying lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues quickly and effectively under tight deadlines.
• Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
