Job Title: Engineering Head – Digital Wallet / Blockchain
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 17+ Years
Role Summary
We are looking for a senior Engineering Head to lead the technology and engineering function for a digital wallet and blockchain platform. The role will own engineering strategy, architecture, product development, scalability, security, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale the engineering organization, including senior technical leaders.
• Define technology strategy, architecture, engineering roadmap, and best practices.
• Build and scale secure, high-availability digital wallet and blockchain platforms.
• Drive blockchain, wallet, payments, transaction processing, and financial integrations.
• Ensure strong security, reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Product, Business, Security, Risk, and Compliance leadership.
• Drive engineering excellence, DevOps/SRE, automation, and operational reliability.
Ideal Candidate
• 17+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
• Proven experience as Engineering Head / VP Engineering / CTO / equivalent.
• Strong background in FinTech, payments, digital wallets, blockchain, digital assets, or banking platforms.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud, microservices, APIs, and high-scale transaction platforms.
• Good understanding of blockchain architecture, wallets, smart contracts, security, and key management.
• Strong people leadership, architecture, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
