Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered with required Quality levels
- Manage and Mentor Team Members to enhance their competency and help in their career development
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project technical and quality requirements
- Support proposal preparation activities by interpreting RFQ requirements, assisting the team in developing technical clarifications, contributing to effort estimation, and delivering a robust technical proposal aligned with customer expectations.
- Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Support Sales in customer meetings by anchoring discussions from a technical perspective, presenting capabilities and relevant case studies, and understanding customer requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, striving for enhanced efficiency, reduced efforts, and improved quality.
- Appraise and groom team members to improve their performance and develop their competencies
- Responsible for Quality Process Compliance for all the projects and to maintain process compliance index >95% for the Business Unit
- Continuously evaluate Productivity Improvement opportunities in various engagements and to supervise development of Productivity Improvement Tools.
