Perform calibration, validation, and maintenance of process instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves
Ensure proper functioning of instrumentation systems in manufacturing and utility areas
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
Maintain calibration records, logs, and documentation as per cGMP requirements
Assist in qualification and validation of equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ)
Coordinate with production and QA teams for smooth operations and compliance
Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues (PLC/SCADA basics preferred)
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Support audits and inspections by maintaining audit-ready documentation
Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to instrumentation
