Seeking an experienced and dynamic engineering leader with a strong background in semiconductor hardware development to lead high-impact projects and teams.

. Experience
. Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor hardware engineering
. Proven experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced, complex development environments

. Technical Expertise
. Hands-on experience in vacuum system design (mandatory)
. Experience with wet processing systems (preferred)
. Demonstrated contribution to key module or system-level development
. Track record of solving high-value, technically complex problems

. Global Exposure
. Prior experience working with or within North American technology companies
. Includes on-site assignments, long-term visits, or cross-regional collaboration

. Innovation & Thought Leadership
. Conference publications showcasing technical expertise
. Patent holder with contributions to relevant technological advancements

. Communication & Leadership
. Excellent communication skills, both technical and executive-level
. Ability to collaborate across global teams and stakeholders

. Work Flexibility
. Willingness to work across time zones aligned with North America
