Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Hubli-Dharwad, is tailored for engineering diploma holders with 0-5 years of experience. The position involves supporting production processes, quality control, machine operations, and routine maintenance tasks. Other responsibilities include assisting teams in troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to company standards for safety and quality. Candidates will also have opportunities to contribute to process improvements and learn about new technologies within the company.

Qualifications

• Ideally with CGPA of 7+
• Technical expertise in machine operations, production processes, and equipment handling
• Understanding of basic engineering principles related to mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields
• Knowledge of quality control processes and ability to maintain high standards
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage
• Effective communication skills and a proactive work approach
