Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Engineering and Technical positions based in Yamunanagar. Responsibilities include designing, testing, and improving battery and energy solutions, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, analyzing data for performance insights, and supporting new product development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical engineering, including design, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in project management, technical documentation, and report creation
  • Knowledge of energy systems, battery technologies (Lead Acid, Lithium, Solar), and safety standards
  • Experience with engineering software tools and systems for modeling and simulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related
