Key roles and responsibilities for the Maintenance role as a Technical Manager position: -

- Oversee daily operations: Manage all technical and administrative support services at the site, ensuring smooth airport operations and maintenance.
- System checks: Regularly inspect electrical systems and critical equipment, ensuring they are within design limits and functioning properly.
- Billing and payments: Coordinate the submission of monthly bills to clients and manage payments for contractors and sub-vendors.
- Budget management: Develop annual operating budgets and provide fiscal direction to meet operational targets.
- Client relations: Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients, including SLA/KPI reviews and meeting minutes.
- Compliance: Ensure HR compliance, upload duty rosters, and maintain attendance records for salary processing.
- Safety and SOPs: Ensure team members and sub-vendors adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Maintenance checks: Conduct routine inspections of fire detection systems, sprinklers, and smoke detectors, and coordinate technical issue resolutions.
- Staff supervision: Supervise staff, maintain discipline, and ensure high standards of operations, maintenance, and cleanliness.
