Engineering Analytics Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for an analytical professional to support global supply chain strategy, network optimization and data-driven decision-making. The role will focus on network modeling, scenario analysis, logistics optimization and developing insights to improve cost, service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct network optimization, facility location, center-of-gravity and capacity analysis.
• Model transportation, inventory, warehousing and distribution scenarios.
• Analyze demand, operational and supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, heat maps and analytical tools.
• Perform scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and quantify cost/service trade-offs.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics and Regional teams on strategic projects.
• Support RFIs/RFQs, business cases and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop automated reporting and reusable analytics solutions.
• Identify benchmarking and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, network design, logistics optimization or supply chain consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic or similar network modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization, automation and AI-enabled analytics.
• ERP experience; JDE is preferred.
• PMP, Supply Chain/Analytics certifications are an advantage.
