FA Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering
Roles And Responsibilities
- Good drawing & customer standard knowledge
- Connector & Clip view ,Tolerance Knowledge, Proto sample hands on job preference
- Good knowledge of takt time, cycle time, manpower calculation , efficiency
- Design capability of Kit station, FA Board ,clip board electrical testing ,vision, etc
- Good knowledge of 4 M :- Man, Machine , Material , Method
- Equipment Calculation & Utilization , All type Holder ATBU sheet Preparation & Ordering & Controlling .
- PFD & PFMEA & DFM Preparation & workshop with CFT team
- PPAP Audit Need to Handle with resolving problem during line release
- Good English communication skills & Presentation skills are essential
- Should be ready to support design related activities/ built support at customer location.
- Good knowledge for Innovation & Automation in wiring field
Your Background
Engineering Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical & Automobile
Good communication and presentation skills
At least 2-4 years experience in W/H Design
