We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design of mechanical assemblies for tissue machines, using Siemens 3D CAD (NX) and PLM Teamcenter, contributing to complex projects (nice to have experience in solid edge).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex mechanical designs using Siemens NX
- Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, 2D drawings.
- Manage product data, revisions, and documentation within Teamcenter (PLM)
- Perform technical analysis (tolerances, materials)
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in mechanical design
- Strong proficiency in Siemens NX
- Solid experience with Teamcenter PLM
- Good knowledge of mechanical components, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial Tissue machinery or complex mechanical systems
- Experience working in structured engineering environments
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of the Italian language is appreciated
