Work on battery thermal management systems (TMS) and battery swapping stations with hands-on exposure to real-world engineering, testing, and deployment.
What You'll Do
- Support Thermal Management System (TMS) setup, hose routing & plumbing
- Assist in chiller testing & thermal validation
- Handle material dispatch & system readiness
- Perform coolant filling & basic system checks
- Support sensor calibration (pressure & temperature)
- Assist in quality checks (hoses, connectors)
- Contribute to troubleshooting & RCA documentation
Who Can Apply
- B.E / M.E – Mechanical / Thermal
- 3–5 years experience
Skills Required
- Basics of thermodynamics & refrigeration
- Interest in EV / battery systems
- Hands-on mindset & willingness for field work
- Good coordination & attention to detail
