As a team-member you'll work closely with multiple functions like PLM, Node Design, System Engineering, CTO office to understand new features, it's manageability & usage in telecom service provider networks. You will have end-to-end ownership of multiple features & will be involved in the entire life cycle of the features, starting from conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing & verification by PV team, to see it deployed in the real customer networks. Each team-member focuses on a particular technology like MPLS-TP or DWDM to understand it's nuances and design the features keeping in view of multiple factors like – manageability, unified management across layered networks, extensibility, scalability, backward compatibility etc. You also get opportunity to work with the customers for requirement gathering, use-case scenarios, get feedback & support delivered features. You will also help in integration of these features into Service provider's OSS products & SDN Orchestrators like HP TEMIP, Granite, Oracle Metasolv, Cisco NSO etc.
Responsibilities
Mandatory skills:
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
- Data Structures, Algorithms and their complexity/performance.
- Design/development/debugging in Java.
- Middleware like Hibernate, ActiveMQ & Relational DBs like MySQL/Oracle.
Desired skills:
- Good to have: Micro Services and Spring Boot Application development
- Good to have: NMS/EMS/OSS/BSS domain experience.
- Familiarity with Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts, and SDN controllers like ODL or ONOS is desirable.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years experience from Telecommunication or Networking background.
- Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree
- Candidate should be good at coding skills in Core Java, multithreading.

About The Team
Tejas Networks is driving cutting-edge research to revolutionize content delivery and wireless communication technologies. One major area of focus is the development of advanced solutions that integrate broadcast and cellular networks to enable seamless content distribution. These innovations aim to alleviate network congestion, reduce infrastructure costs, and enhance the overall user experience. A key outcome of this work is a next-generation Content Delivery Network (CDN) architecture that supports Direct-to-Mobile (D2M) delivery, developed in collaboration with leading CDN and content providers. This initiative is backed by a robust portfolio of patented technologies in broadcast and content delivery systems.
In parallel, significant efforts are being made to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of wireless network operations.
