Engineer - Technology Transfer (Mucilage Preparation), Central, ACG Capsules
Job Description
- Equipment URS/technical specification preparation, FAT, Installation, qualification, process validation, commercialization
- Support and work in shift activity of the Mucilage Preparation Department (Gelatine) for new plant facilities or Plant in crises.
- Training and Development of Gelatine associates hired for new plant facility.
- Quality Management documentation compliance.
- Operational Knowledge transfer to Gelatine associates at new plant facility.
- Process and system execution of Gelatine preparation process.
- Cost optimization and budget compliance
- Handholding and on job training to Gelatine associates.
- Ensure 100% adherence to GMP guidelines on the shop floor.
- Daily/weekly planning & coordination with Purchase, Planning & Stores with respect to ZMIC (specific Gelatine, colorants, special ingredients) to ensure 100% availability of RM for Production
- Monitor SCADA for root cause analysis to ensure there is no reoccurrence
- Review of previous day performance to analyze the failures, deviations, initiate corrective measures to ensure there is no reocurrence/repeat failures.
- Participate the regular CFT meetings (Monthly/Weekly dept meeting) meeting for review of performance parameters, brainstorming and addressing interdepartmental issues/challenges
- Cascade the updates from the various meetings, implement the actionables identified and address any intra departmental challenges/issues.
- Ensure there is 100% compliance within the department in all external/internal audits.
- Provide support to QA in terms of investigation & root cause analysis, record retrieval, CAPA identification, implementation & adherence for the relevant customer complaint.
- Identify & review implementation of CAPA for routine operational challenges.
- Implements the various improvement projects (incremental, six sigma, kaizen, OPL etc.) within the department & ensure implementation of the same
- Participates in Safety initiatives
- Review effective implementation of SOPs, CAPA, change control and incident reporting.
