Perform workshop repair, refurbishment, and testing of equipment and components.
Carry out field support such as, warranty support, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive (periodic) maintenance activities at customer sites.
Execute equipment move-in, installation, and commissioning activities in accordance with established procedures and safety requirements.
Verify, tally, and inspect the condition and completeness of equipment, parts, accessories, and tools before and after service activities.
Support engineering projects, equipment upgrades, system integration, testing, and other technical activities as assigned.
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Attend technical training programs as required and continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Travel domestically and internationally for technical training, equipment installation, service support.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company that are commensurate with the role.
Requirements
Minimum Certificate: ITE, Diploma or degree in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, provide technical support, and troubleshoot equipment issues based on customer feedback.
Willing and able to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with all cleanroom protocols and safety requirements.
Willing to travel locally and overseas for training and customer support when required.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are available to commence work immediately will be preferred.
