- Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Hybrid AD, and Group Policy Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, and OneDrive management.
- Hands-on experience in endpoint security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with global IT operations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator) are a plus
