Summary
Install service and maintain products, distributed by Baxter in the defined area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.
- Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts.
- Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
- Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.
- Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility.
Skills
- Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive.
- Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language.
- Natural interest in IT applications.
- Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS office applications (Word, Excel etc.).
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/ Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Electronics/ECE/Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum years field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience.
