About this opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Domain Support Specialist to join our Core Network team in Noida. In this role, you will own and drive configuration activities across critical CORE network nodes — STP, DRA, and SCP — operating in a fast-paced 24×7 environment. You will work on leading platforms from Oracle, Huawei, and Ericsson, supporting 2G, 4G, and 5G network operations. Reporting to the CA Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring network stability, precision-driven configuration execution, and seamless node integration.

What you will do:

  • Execute DRA routing table configurations and Diameter Interface integrations
  • Configure routing groups, IP tables, failovers, and peer groups in SCP
  • Perform rule-based configurations and traffic routing definitions in Oracle DSR
  • Manage NPDB configurations — IMSI, DN, and SPID
  • Handle SCCP, Sigtran/ATM/TDM (LSL, HSL) and MTP configuration changes
  • Drive SCCP/MTP traffic migrations and new node integrations
  • Implement GSM MAP Screening and FLOBR/TOBR-based screening configs
  • Support hardware additions, software patches, and feature/service enablement
  • Coordinate with Planning, Customer, Back Office, and Project teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to operational processes and stakeholder management protocols

The skills you bring:

  • Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • 4–8 years of experience in Telecom Core signaling domain
  • Strong knowledge of SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, Diameter, CS1+
  • Solid expertise in Diameter interfaces — S6a, S6d, S13, SWx, Gx, Gy
  • Hands-on experience on Oracle DSR, Oracle Eagle 5 STP, Oracle NPDB
  • Technical proficiency on Huawei SPS (STP & DRA) and Ericsson SCP
  • Understanding of 2G, 4G, and 5G network architecture and call flows
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a 24×7 shift-based environment including night shifts
