Engineer Support II

Qualification : BE /BTECH/ Diploma - ECE

Industry- Semiconductor Manufacturing

• Expert in SMD / SOIC packages / 0201, 00501, component level rework.
• Should be able to debug, rework & recover HW (test devices) for engineering team.
• Should be able to derive BOM difference for HW upgrades.
• Take instructions from engineers and translate into detailed rework procedures.
• Should have good understanding of Mobile HW architecture.
• Hands-on ability to understand schematics/BOM/ board bring up activities.
• Familiar with analog and mixed signal/embedded hardware circuit.
• Must have BGA part replacement, reballing expertise.
• Good Knowledge on handling test equipment like Analyzers, oscilloscopes, simulators etc.
• Good Knowledge on lab/rack setup bring up, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Familiar with lab processes and inventory management skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills is a must
• Knowledge on ESD and EHS.
• Well attitude towards work and colleagues.
• Should be able to adapt to new responsibility and dynamics of the business.
