Engineer / Supervisor -Mechanical ( BTG & BOP )

Job description:

• Assist the Mechanical Site Engineer in monitoring mechanical construction, erection, testing and commissioning activities.
• Supervise site activities related to boiler, turbine, auxiliaries, piping, pumps, fans, coal handling and other BOP mechanical systems.
• Check work execution against approved drawings, specifications, method statements and applicable codes/standards.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors for day-to-day site activities and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor quality, progress, safety and compliance of mechanical works.
• Verify measurements, inspection requests, material/equipment installation and testing records.
• Support preparation of daily/weekly progress reports, site observations, inspection reports and punch-point status.
• Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and ensure timely closure of site issues.
• Maintain proper site documentation and coordinate with PMC discipline engineers and the Project Manager.
• Review and check for construction procedures, practices, and activities to ensure compliance with standards, specification, workmanship requirements and schedule compliance, statutory requirements, and good internationally accepted construction practices, including emergency and security plans.
• Ensuring that construction documentation procedures are developed and implemented.
• checking personnel qualification and construction equipment calibration certificates.
• Monitoring of the EPC Contractor/Contractor's manpower and equipment mobilization and assignment to ensure adherence to construction schedules and quality requirements.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1.          Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)

2.          Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)

3.          Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)

4.          Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)

5.          Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)

6.          Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)

7.          Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)

8.          Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
