Role Description

The Planning Engineer / Senior Manager – Planning will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of high-rise residential projects executed using Mivan technology. The role involves developing baseline schedules, tracking project progress, resource planning, identifying delays, and ensuring timely completion of projects through effective coordination with execution, procurement, contracts, MEP, and management teams.. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Develop baseline schedules, WBS, milestones, and recovery plans.
Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor Mivan cycle timelines, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
Coordinate with execution, procurement, MEP, contracts, and management teams.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support project budgeting, resource planning, and cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

Engineer – Planning: 4–8 years in residential high-rise projects with Mivan experience.
Sr. Manager – Planning: 12–18 years in high-rise residential construction, including Mivan projects and team leadership.
