Job Summary: Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (Injection Moulding, EBM, ISBM, IBM).Production planning and shift management.Process optimization and troubleshooting.Leadership and team managementRoot Cause Analysis (RCA).Problem-solving and decision-making.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.ERP and MS Office proficiency.ERP and MS Office proficiency.Good communication and coordination skills.Safety awareness and statutory compliance.
