Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical drawings, and project documentation.
- Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), project cost estimation, technical specifications, and budgeting.
- Planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of electrical and instrumentation projects within timelines and budgets.
- Installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of transformers, LT/HT panels, MCCs, VFDs, DG systems, and electrical distribution networks.
- Execution and commissioning of instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and field instruments.
- Calibration, validation, and troubleshooting of instruments as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional departments for smooth project execution.
- Verification of measurements, certification of contractor bills, and preparation of project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, and handover activities.
- Support plant improvement, energy-saving, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain project records, drawings, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
BE / B.Tech (Electrical Clectronics Engineering)
Exposure to greenfield, brownfield, plant expansion, and utility projects.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Industry
