Strong Cross functional coordination
Scrutiny of customers requirements & specifications
Review of design calculations & Mechanical Datasheet
Coordination with customer's engineering department for approval of drawings
Preparation of Inquiry specifications (Material Requisition/ BOM)
Review and approval of design & drawings documents
Taking Drawing & Design approval from AI (Authorized Inspector –for U stamp jobs), Director of Boilers (For IBR jobs), Any other Third Party like: LRA(Lloyd's Resister Asia),SGS,DCPL, Other design consultant like: EIL, Technip , Toyo , Uhde, L&T, etc.
Handling U stamp, IBR, CCOE jobs.
Training & development of engineers
Delegation of responsibilities with proper Job Description defined to team members. Define Team KRA s in line with the organization goals/ targets.
